General Information, Payments, Terms and Conditions How can I purchase your products? Credit Cards. You can order online using your Credit Card. We take credit cards from Australian banks (Bankcard, MasterCard, VISA, AMEX) without any surcharge. Orders over $2000 may require you to fax, or scan & email, a copy of the credit card front/back with the cardholder's signature on the same page if we are unable to verify your details from a third-party source. We will contact you if this is needed. If you have a non Australian credit card, we will only be able to accept it if you are able to fax, or scan & email, a copy of the card front & back with your signature and driver's license nearby. If you provide us with a card in someone else's name, we will need to speak to that person to verify the charge. Bank deposit. You can shop with us using Internet banking transfer to purchase goods. Place your order with us first and we will advise you of the amount along with our account details and a unique reference number. Payment is always required in full before goods will be shipped. If you pay by Internet banking transfer, your bank will take the money from your account immediately, but it will not show up in our account until usually the next working day.  Money Order. Australia Post money orders can be mailed to the address above. Liaise with our staff to organise payment by money order. Cheques. Goods paid by cheque will ship after the cheque clears. Personal, company, and bank cheques are accepted by mail or bank deposit provided they clear and this takes three to four working days.  Cash / EFTPOS. Of course you can pay by cash in person at our Kings Park showroom. EFTPOS up to $1000, credit cards and cash for any amount, are accepted on site. Please do not send cash in the mail. We do not offer COD. Payment is required in full before goods will be shipped.  Do these prices include freight? Yes for orders over $2000 delivery is free to the entire Sydney Metropolitan area. For all other areas delivery is not included in these prices. If you already have a freight provider we will liaise with them for a speedy delivery, or if you get in touch with us we can advise you of some other 3rd party freight options. I can't find the product I'm looking for what should I do? Our product range includes thousands of products, but it is not practical to put them all on the website. If you can't find what you are looking for simply order it via email and we will source it for you.
